Temporary Tax Exemption

Property owners who experienced at least 15% damage are entitled to apply by 10/20/2025. This pertains to physical damage to property that consists of tangible personal property.

The form 50-312 may be found here and is also available at San Saba CAD office located at 601 W Wallace, San Saba, TX 76877.

Small Business Administration (SBA)

The Small Business Administration is here to help with low-interest disaster loans but you must apply by 9/4/25 to qualify for the discounted interest rate.

The City of San Saba requires by Flood Plain Ordinance; any repair of a structure located in the flood plain is required to obtain a Flood Plain Development Application before the start of any remodeling/rebuilding.
